Zoe Ellerbusch, MS, LPC (she/her)
A native of small town southwest Wisconsin, with a passion for travel.
Education has always been a central feature of my life. From my early foundation in Waldorf Education, to my public secondary and higher education experiences, and finally to guiding my own children through their introduction to learning. I am motivated by a decade of service in public education as an AmeriCorps member and then school counselor. Through this public service, I found a passion for bringing mental health awareness and specialized training to individuals and organizations who are ready to take a step or leap into growth and change.
When I am not working, I can be found enjoying the outdoors with my family, traveling, making good food, and resting (its true, rest is necessary, we’ll tell you all about it!)

Liz Schlitz, MS, CYT, LPC-IT (she/her)
Madison native. Mother of two. Certified Yoga Teacher. Campfire enthusiast.
All my life I have worked in service-oriented careers. I started as a respite worker, a volunteer coach and then began my career as a School Counselor and later became a certified yoga teacher. If there is one lesson that I have had the opportunity to learn again and again, it is that in order to care and make a positive impact on others, we must care and know ourselves.
As humans we exist interdependently, and thus it is my belief that the health and wellness of one of us impacts the health and wellness of all of us. True impactful change occurs when we learn how to care for ourselves, each other and our community. My passion is supporting professionals with effective communication, conflict resolution and regulation skills so that they are then able to do their best work with those they serve.
